On the last Wednesday of every month a luncheon is held to allow members and prospective members to network and listen to a variety of informative speakers. 
We meet each month at The Concordia Club, 429 Ottawa St., Kitchener at 11:45 a.m.

Marketing Material Table
 We have decided that it is more cost effective for us as business owners to provide marketing materials to potential buyers when we are talking to them or when they need/want it. 

Please refrain from distributing your marketing information to individual place settings around the lunch table. 
We will now have a separate marketing table available for bus. cards, 
promotional flyers, etc. Leave any material you would like to be available 
to the members on this table.

Please pick up any remaining material when you leave.
There will also be tables available to showcase two or three companies each month. 

We ask that you please advise us of your interest. 
The executive committee will randomly pick 2 or 3 new companies each 
month to display materials. 

Please email Dianna Richmond  if you would like to display 
your marketing materials.

  • Be provided with an easel near the check in table to display flyers, product information or brochures.

  • Act as greeter to members

  • Be able to put information at each place setting
